McDonald's

Restaurant was clean, staff polite...but they were out of a few things, one of which was the southwest salad dressing. And they didnt tell us till they were giving us our order. It seems like every time i go, they are out of that dressing!!!

Ordered via the electronic teller in the lobby which was faster, the crew seemed extremely lost. People stood for a human cashier for 5-10 minutes before being helped. They gave my kid milk instead of apple juice. They just seem very unorganized for not being that busy.

Improvement with a change in management!! This location is excellent! Management change and properly trained employees make this extremely busy (Canadian tourists) location a good one!!

Service is quick and cashier was very friendly and helpful. I always go in so I can check the order items especially if I have more than 2meals or any special orders. That's fast food. McDonald's LaSalle has it going on!! Much better service than downtown.
