Food was great! As far as service goes your on your own. Lots of people would sit down and leave shortly after due to no one taking there order after being there for 10-15 mins. (Place was probably half full.) Definitely hurting for staff more is much needed.

Nice to get away from some of the crowds you get at other places. Better food then 90% of I have tried around here. If your worried you cant find food after everything shuts down at 8pm, NP; Craft Kitchen has you covered.

Owner is great. We came to the Niagara Falls to celebrate my birthday and we came across this fun place. Great service and vibe. Try te pizza logs, they are awesome. They have bar and a patio. Great in this corona times.

Chill vibes, good eats, and beer! So happy to be able to have found this awesome place. Place was very nostalgic, the bartender and chef are Chicago natives like myself. Felt the good energy and warm personalities. The crowd is very friendly and kindhearted people, which is always a blessings to have!! Pizza is fresh and made with quality ingredients. Stop by and enjoy yourself because I sure did!!

We had a lovely and comfortable seat on the patio, and the staff took good care of us. My 11-year-old decided that the “prince” pizza they serve was the best pizza she had ever eaten! (It was reeeeeeeally good.) The staff was very kind, the food was yummy, and the atmosphere was great. We had a wonderful experience.
