The Everything Bagel Roll was very tasty and I really enjoyed it.
The Tonkatsu Ramen was awful. There was hardly any pork in it. The broth was extremely salty. The noodles were the worst part. They were extremely starchy and had a funny taste. I threw most of it out. I have had ramen at many local restaurants and this was by far the worst.
I am being very generous giving them 3 stars. I will definitely not order from there again!!!

We got the Banh Mai, everything roll and Pork Ramen. They forgot the broth with our order but when we called the not only offered to drive it to us but they also offered to refund our entire order (which we declined). Really just above and beyond. The food was delicious. We will order again!!

Overall dishes I ordered were good.
For the pho, it was different from most of the other pho restaurants. Compared to typical Vietnamese's clear pho soup, this pho has a darker soup like a beef broth. But it has deeper flavor. I was able to feel that the owner made the soup from the scratch without using any commercial pho powder. Only beef brisket(?) was included.
For the Chirashi, sushi was good and not smelly at all, which showed its freshness.

However as can be seen from the photo, portion of the both items was too small. The amount of pho soup was significantly less than other pho restaurants in Buffalo (I tried almost every pho restaurant in Buffalo). I felt the pho was more like the stew than a soup because of the soup.
Also the portion of the chirashi was too little. Although the sushi was ok but the rice was not enough. I had to eat more (I have a normal weight and height).
I like the taste but the price was not worth the size, so I gave 4 stars (wanted to give 3.5stars if possible). It will be better if they are able to provide various size options or increase the portion. It is a bit overpriced in Buffalo.
