This BBQ is fantastic! Don't miss out on the beans, they remind me of New Orleans. I had a pulled pork sandwich and it was huge. Everything was great and the customer service is warm and friendly. I can't wait to try the ribs and chicken on my return trips.
Good people, good food, good prices. If you have yet to try it, do yourself a favor. Very Louisiana-ish flavors. We can't wait to get back and try some different menu items!
I had the brisket, which was really tender, and juicy with a great cherry wood flavor! Perfectly seasoned too! I also tried one of the beef ribs, and I know people use the term "so tender it fell off the bone" as a figure of speech, but for Mike's beef ribs, i literally picked up the rib, and the meat fell off the bone!!! It was perfect!! He gave me a couple samples as well. The beans have a really nice consistency with a sweet/smokey flavor, and he also gave me a sample of the pulled pork that just melted in my mouth! I was full when I tried the pork, and it still made my mouth water! Amazing!!
AMAZING and gluten free. This is the type of food that you run to if you want to eat your feelings away. Seriously though, by far the best BBQ I've ever had, even better than the places down south. The owner Mike, puts his heart into every dish and you can definitely tell. I go there weekly to get my BBQ fix.
Native American BBQ is hard to find around the country, so I was shocked and thrilled to see it here in the Buffalo, NY area, let alone authentic. I've had the Brisket, Baked Beans and Ribs so far and they are incredible. The Native American spin really makes the flavor something special. As a traditional BBQ lover who's had some of the very best around the country, I can say this will satisfy traditional BBQ lovers and level things up quite a bit for those looking for "not your every day BBQ". The BBQ sauce and also smoke flavor is a cross between traditional southern BBQ, Korean BBQ with a hint of mid--west. More spicy than sweet, but not overly spicy.
The smoke flavor definitely comes through. Highly recommend.
