In the Mix Brewing & Creamery

Much better than the brewery they replaced, to be frank. Better beer, less extensive menu but the food offered is much better. Ice cream is fantastic. Staff were very nice and were willing to chat with a fellow brewer even with their obligations to serve the other patrons.

Really excited for my next visit, this place deserves success.

Omg! A must stop! Got the ice cream flight and it was so worth it. Ice creams are blended perfectly with a great balance between sweet cream and the alcohol. Wonderful people to sit and talk with and learn about their business. Very friendly - you won't be disappointed with your stop. It's a small town but inside the building it's like its own little world, great look, great feel, very comfortable! We will definitely stop again if ever in the area. If you branch out please bring a new location to Chicago! Good luck with it all, seems you're off to a great start!

I only went for some ice cream but I really enjoyed the experience. The staff is fun and the owner is a very nice, easily approached young man. Their ice cream is made FRESH to order! There’s a little sign by the front door explaining their process a little. Comfortable environment, good food. Only thing is that it’s kind of hidden so I had no idea it existed until my boyfriends mom took us. So glad she did!!

In the Mix is a really neat little place. The beers were tasty and the ice cream was delicious. We stopped here during a charity bike run, but will definitely be back! The service was great too!

What a great little place, tucked away in Barker. You can tell they have real pride in what they do.

The decor is nice and makes for an inviting atmosphere. Having a beautiful covered back porch to enjoy was terrific. Each of the menu's were creative too We truly loved everything that we tried.

And before you even ask, yes. It's totally worth the drive.
