PHO Ever Noodles

Recently under new management, they've consolidated to one ordering counter. Food is very good, fresh - great fast casual model for this cuisine.

I love their curry chicken, their bubble tea... I love every food here! However, I feel like it's really hit or miss with the customer service, which if off putting. The owner is nice... But his help sometimes isn't the best. When I came in, both chefs were eating and the girls behind the counter let me stand there for five minutes, without even greeting me (there was no line), I just stood there waiting to place my order. A simple, "Hi, we'll be right with you" would have gone a long ways and earned this place 5 stars.

The food I don't know about since neither me nor my friends ate here, BUT the bubble teas we ordered are super delicious! I ordered the cappuccino blended with tapioca pearls while two other members of my party ordered chocolate blended with tapioca and the last member of my party ordered a mango blended with tapioca pearls. Great service as well!

First time having Bubble tea. It was good and different! Had the chili salmon it was fantastic! Atmosphere was great! Definitely a "Hidden Gem!" Planning on going back again!
