Kids favorite place for summer treats. Fast service and great ice cream. Lines are a bit long but that's because of their popularity

The staff were very helpful helping me with a frozen custard cake for a birthday party. The store was very busy, but the counter staff were efficient and knowledgeable about their products. The cake itself was Fantastic! It was a huge hit with the wide range of different ages of guests. We will be going back. Soon.

A staple of Rome NY! Best food, best ice cream, best people. You can sit inside in the restaurant area, inside at picnic tables or outside at picnic tables ( some are shaded some are open ) or the swings! No matter what the weather is you can sit and enjoy your amazing meal or ice cream. It's hard to choose what food to order because everything on the menu is delicious! Then walk out front for dessert and you have another hard choice to make! Their ice cream menu is insane. They have every ice cream you could ever imagine! Having a kids birthday party? Well the have ice cream cakes or my favorite handmade ice cream sandwiches! Nikki Doodles is a must!

Nice family oriented ice cream / comfort food place. Staff is friendly and hustles. Selection is good across the board as to soft and hard ice cream, shakes, sundaes and the like. The restaurant side has the typical fast food choices.

Portion of ice cream on large sundae could have been better, and the chocolate ice cream could have had more flavor and less air. Hot fudge was good but definitely not "hot". Probably won't be back. The place is popular for some reason. To be fair my review is based on only one visit.
