Irish Cultural Center

I attended a class that they offered about the history of English words that came from Irish influence. It was a nice event. They have other events planned such as music events and a genealogist coming. I ate at the restaurant one time last year and it was very good food and drink and a pleasing atmosphere.

Very nice. Most things were good but, has issues though. See my review for 5 Points Pub, they are the same place. We will see what happens over time. It is noticable that it is run by someone who had no restaurant experience.

The food was great. We waited a while after ordering but the waitress we had let us know ahead of time that the restaurant was running behind and made sure our glasses were never empty. Worth the wait for sure.

For a place that has not had its grand opening , it’s a pretty hopping place . We were a party of 9 and had the best time ever . The atmosphere is authentic , the waitress was patient and smiling and the bar tender very knowledgable. I got the fish and chips and it was fabulous. The soup was a corned beef and barley which had the perfect balance of flavour. The bread pudding was served with a warmed Bailey’s Irish cream sauce and was to die for .

Atmosphere amazing- beautiful building- service wonderful- food very good. All in all a great experience.
