    Meat taste amazing but they be giving out their orders incomplete and their crab rangoons be cold and like if they where there for hours and refried, The Owner don't take responsibility for his mistakes such as a Mistaken order... Should take your customers word for what they telling you, If they missing something in the order simply make it up for them quick and with manners not in a rude way... other than that everything else is amazing.

    I moved to Utica on 2014... is 2019, and I still love the food...my favorite... is all. Everything is delicious and the costumer service is great. My food is always delivered, always nice and hot... is the only restaurant I recommend... I've tried a few, but honestly, Panda is the best....am giving 5 stars, but I would love to give 10.

    Very good food. Clean restaurant. Actually saw workers wash their hands!! Almost fainted!!
