Everyone was friendly starting at valet, check in, and staff throughout. Check in was fast, room was easy to find. Waitress at dinner was great with suggestions for dinners. Very comfortable room. Very happy with all, would stay again.
Amazing service! Beautiful property!
The spa at the lodge is a must!
Steak dinner at the top restaurant was on par. Can’t wait to try the new sports book !
Service at cafe was a little slow but it was really early and pastries were great.
Our Tower room was immaculate and we liked the updated look. The new machines were a lot of fun and we enjoyed our delicious Italian meal ...The staff is always attentive and they do a great job. We are hoping to go again over Christmas break and it is a fun resort.
I've been to the buffet a few times. The service is very friendly and welcoming, you can get refills and get more food whenever you're ready. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because it's very pricey. For myself and two family members the price was around 21.95, for all three of us I think that's pretty pricey, however you wait in line and you pay then you automatically are granted a server, I think this is a very nice addition, they have different opinions to eat everyday, parking isn't too good. They have many levels to park, if you have a handicap sign obviously you can park closer, if you don't and you're not lucky enough to get there early enough, have fun walking. Otherwise, the buffet is very good and I would totally recommend, I'd definitely go back!:)
Love Turning stone! I definitely recommend! I go every week!
However, I have had an issue in the poker room each time I go with one of the guys behind the microphone in a gold shirt. I bought back into a small $25 tournament the other day... My ticket said “Seat 6 Table 97” or something like that. When I asked him where I should sit. He literally laughed and replied with “How am I supposed to know? Wherever it tells you to go.” I run a business and if my employees talked like that to any customer I’d have a talk with them. I sought out a manager so I could quickly get to a table since the level was ending, I would have told him about my experience. It’s a POKER ROOM. They are supposed to be as helpful, and welcoming as possible!
