“After a long hard day working in the cold, I ordered a pizza from the Family Pizzeria & Deli (with a Capos sign on the building) to take home. Everyone inside was sincerely nice & welcoming as I picked up my order, and made my way outside to realize I locked myself out of my vehicle. After a few minutes of trying to "break myself in" a very kind guy from inside the pizzeria came out, to brave the cold with me and assist in my rescue. After I finally got my door open the pizzeria went above and beyond and offered me a fresh WARM pizza. It makes my heart smile that there are still good people in this world, like the family of this pizzeria! They provided me with "warmth" on that "chilly day!" The pizza was also GREAT!”

“The Bunker is a great place to bring your family, date or even your friends. Even making a business deal can be fun here over some golf on their high tech golf simulators. Beginner or golf pro you can have fun here practicing your swing to playing a full game. The bunker is not just for golf though, you can sit and watch your favorite sporting events well you enjoy amazing food. When I was there today I had the club house burger which I would say was a 10/10. The burger was juicy and the bun had the perfect amount of crunch and softness to it. Overall the burger was definitely on the top of my list for best burgers I have had. The fries were also perfect pub fries and were crunchy and soft at the same time. I highly recommend the bunker as a go to spot, I know it's now one of mine now. Check it out for yourself though you won't regret it.”

“Only complaint really was that our ball would be delayed in coming back. We would have to use another ball for our second throw before our ball would come back. It's probably not a big deal if you use the bowling alley balls, when there is a difference when you have your own that you use. They had several lanes and the place was very spacious, so it was nice. There were limited drinks and the snack bar was closed already when we got there close to 8, so I look forward to checking them out next time we have another bowling outing.”

“Love the new space, great atmosphere and service. It has been beautifully updated with the original hotel bar still intact. Service was very friendly despite it being quite busy. We tried the Tot Waffle with Smoky Aioli and Horsey Sauce, it was a perfect crispy/tasty bar food option! They carry a selection of NYS liquors in custom cocktails, and some options for cider from Awestruck, as well as Thousand Island Winery wines for those who aren't beer drinkers. We had a great time and definitely will be coming back!”

The parm was my favorite and all the wings seemed to slip off of the bone, the wings were cooked very well and even had a southern grill taste in some parts. 10/10 I'll most definitely be back!”

However, oddly the place doesn't sell cider...that's right...no cider! The apple beverage is called "Squeeze" - it's a mixture of apple and pear juice, which is a bit strange. It's the only cider mill I've been to in the area that doesn't sell 100% apple cider. In the end, glad we came by, donuts were fire, soup was killer...but no cider...”

“Every time we have driven by we say "some day" we need to eat there. Well TODAY is SOME DAY! And am I sure glad we did. French Onion soup some of the best I have ever tasted. My daughter wants the recipe so she can have it at school. My dinner was ground round smothered in beef mushroom gravy and mashed potatoes with more gravy. Simple comfort food but done extremely well. You can tell it's made in house from scratch. Delicious, taking most of it home, and I will be eating it later. Hubs had open-faced prime rib, with fries, and it was amazing. Daughter had grilled ham and swiss on rye and she said it was the best she has ever had. Comfortable surroundings, great service, reasonable prices. I will be back! Thank you for a wonderful end to a beautiful ride!”
