LongHorn Steakhouse

The service was great, I had a steak that was done perfect. Food came fast and hot(that's important). Plus we ran into good friends as a bonus. We will go back.

Our waitress, Allie, was outstanding. She made sure our order was done right as she always does. Food excellent. We both have enough left for dinner tomorrow. Allie is so nice to deal with so we always ask for her. Have been going here since Longhorn opened in Camillus.

The service was amazing!!! No wait time, got right to a table. I had a NY strip that was cooked to perfection. The starter salad was crisp with fresh veggies. The warm bread with drinks is always a nice touch. We were there celebrating a birthday and our waitress, without us even asking, brought out an ice cream sundae and sang. I would go back again and again. I say give it a try!!!!

I can't really give a totally fair review at this point in time as we went on Mother's Day. We did have over an hour wait on a table even though we called ahead because someone didn't write us in. Unfortunately after our wait the entire area had an extended power outage. They were really good to us and brought us soup, bread and salad as we waited for power to return; all at no cost. We did end up having to leave as the power did not come back on.

First night I stopped in Ash took great care of me and was very attentive to refills before having to ask and food was great. Stopped in another night and server ( not Ash) was inattentive and I saw her only when was check delivery time. Next time I'll just request Ash's section.
