Brewerton Diner

Not your usual diner. Just breakfast and lunch, leaning more towards breakfast. While there are the usual favorites, their strength is in new combinations and different ways of preparing them. I had their version of corned beef hash which was made of potatoes diced into 0.5 to 1 inch cubes, lightly seasoned and mixed with plenty of thinly sliced corned beef and covered with melted chedder. Top off with two sunnyside eggs and a slice of good quality marbled rye. I wish this place was closer to home.

Just off 81! What a great place for breakfast. Non traditional but exteremly good. I would recommend everyone try some kind of hash.

Great food, from-scratch recipes, community minded owner, locally sourced products when possible; what more could you ask for in a diner? Menu is solid without being extensive. Flavor combinations are well thought-out, portions are generous. A few menu items are in their infancy with room to polish, but even those are more solidly rendered than similar items at other diners. I respect their menu of classics done well, combined with some twists on the standards. Something for everyone, and nothing is intimidating. Will definitely return here.

Not your typical diner. Food was great, highly recommend the bacon. Service with a smile! Entire staff were friendly and helpful. 2nd visit and surely won't be our last.

First time here. Found on Yelp search for breakfast near me. ( I'm in Clay) Mostly full diner. Greeted promptly & brought menu and coffee. Also ice water. My hubby ordered 2 eggs and toast, I ordered a 2 egg mushrooms & spinach omelette and we got a large order of their greens with home fried potatoes. Wait time for food was over 30 minutes. The food was great, especially loved the breakfast greens. Only complaint was the mushroom were canned. Owner came out to apologize for long wait. Said he'd just brought in a new cook 2 days ago. Would definitely try again. Very clean - comfortable place! ????
