Mia the general manager was absolutely amazing. Best customer service I have ever received in a really long time. I am Muslim and she made sure to go out of her way to clean the grill for me and make sure her gloves were changed when she made my sandwich. I will 100% be back. Thankyou so much Mia.

I am beyond happy that Jersey Mike’s moved to Cicero. Best subs around hands down! And the energy from the staff was great.

The staff were friendly, all 15 of them standing behind the counter. The fountain soda was flat on the 2nd day they were open. Lots of employees standing around, learning and watching, while customers waited. We saw someone we thought was the manager come out from behind the counter with gloves on, grab a soda from the cooler, give it to someone behind the counter without changing gloves, and then he went back to prepping food.

One worker had a cup for a fountain soda but decided she wanted a bottle soda instead and put the cup back for the customers, not very sanitary. This place needs to get some more training on sanitary practices and helping customers. The food was good like other Jersey Mike's.

Excellent and for being the second day order was on time and correct. Chipotle Cheesesteak is a must! I will be back to check consistently as I am a 40 plus year veteran customer of Jersey Mike's as I was born and grew up in Point Pleasant. Welcome to the neighborhood!!!!
