Applebee's Grill + Bar

It's nice, VERY clean dining room, I didn't use the bathroom. It smelled lemony clean just walking in.
There was a pretty long wait in between orders of our unlimited refill of shrimp, chicken or riblets, like twenty minutes which seems way too long to be reasonable for refills, it was the same for drink refills and requested condiments and to go boxes; Otherwise there are no complaints.

Service was right there, didn't feel abandoned like the N Syr. Location. Food was good, service was smiling and friendly
You got more than one ladle of soup. At the North Syracuse location looked like Campbell's soup, nothing wrong with Campbell's but you could at least try adding some fresh basil and chunks of tomato. Felt like they were rationing. WWII is over we won. Clay was fabulous!????????

My husband and I had a very nice lunch. The manager was great and quickly cleared up a policy issue with our waitress. ????

Went out with my daughter for an impromptu dinner, got seated quickly. Our waiter, Chris, was energetic and fun, made suggestions for us that were helpful. We enjoyed our dinner in the relaxing atmosphere. Hopefully won't be to long till we go back! Loved the food too BTW ????

I love apple bees I go here with my family a lot and it’s always a really positive experience! I have never not had a good meal at apple bees, and that because it’s a good establishment. The waiters and waitress have always been kind and attentive. The food and prices are good and overall very nice 100% would recommend
