Food was very good and service was quite friendly. The mac n cheese was great as were the appetizers and the Turkey BLT. I highly recommend everyone to check out this place. The food is better than most and the atmosphere is more calm and relax (at least early in the evening).

Everything was clean and the staff left me alone. For me personally, that's the perfect hotel experience. The staff was there when I requested their help and that's it. I'm the type to keep the Do Not Disturb sign on my door and get my own clean towels.

The food in their restaurant was delicious and the wait staff was quick and efficient as was the bar staff. The drinks were crazy expensive but that's typical of any hotel bar.

Ivan at the Bar was more then awesome. His drinks were mixed perfectly. Kim D our waitress was lovely. She reserved our table while we had a drink at the bar. And was very attentive while we ate dinner. The food was fairly priced and delicious. We will definitely be back for another date night. Our experience was so amazing we are considering booking a room next time. Thanks for the fantastic night.

Enjoyed the ambiance and good food. Food and drink menu perfect for a hotel Bar and Restaurant conveniently located minutes from downtown Syracuse and major route availability. Great bar area and comfortable lobby seating with has fireplace. Outdoor seating/dining available when appropriate , with live music and a trivia night.

Staying at the hotel overnight. Decided to have dinner at the hotel restaurant instead of venturing out. Good decision. The staff was very friendly, and the seating comfortable. Food quality was very good, much better than expected. For $4 extra you can also get a salad and soup bar added to your dinner order. Very nice. Service was efficient and courteous. Food was good (and good selection too). Prices were reasonable. What's not to like?
