Twice my wife has had issues getting a gift card here. They say only the owner can run a gift card but they have no idea when the owner will be in. Not a great way to run a business. We have tried to give them money twice and had to go elsewhere.

Changed to 3 stars. Went back the next day and ran into the same issue. There are apparently 2 owners so there was some confusion. They did eventually walk an employee through the process over the phone. Only rating 3 stars because I have never eaten there and can't comment on the food itself.

Right now I have mixed feelings about this place. If I did not check my bag I would have returned to work without my sandwich because they forgot it. I went back in and told the lady working there and she was so sweet and so polite. She explained they have been super busy - so okay no problem I understand .... but - when I ate the sandwich (I ordered the Corned Beef Reuben Swch) it had no cheese on it, also no sauerkraut, and the bread was not toasted. I had a colleague have my other half of the sandwich and he pointed out the things missing as well. Maybe toasted Reuben sandwiches are a personal preference ??‍♀️? But I suppose that was what I expected. Also the fact that it was missing cheese/sauerkraut might also be my fault because when I called I told her the bread I wanted and the sauce but I assumed naturally it came with cheese and sauerkraut. So thats pretty much it. The customer service was great, that is the one reason I will definitely give this place another shot and maybe try another item on their menu ?.

My first visit was great! I got a Reuben Sandwich that was excellent. The owner was very friendly. I inquired about the kind of fish on the menu and she told me it is haddock and they have it fresh Monday-Saturday. I will give it a try on my next visit.

Drove 40 miles to pick up an assortment of meats, chopped liver, Knishes, Kasha and potato pancakes. Thought everything was great. I even made a corned beef sandwich in the car and ate it on the ride home. The only thing I was slightly disappointed with was the chopped liver. It was a little sweet. I would still buy it again, just wasn’t quite what I was expecting. Well worth the trip. !
