Great little bagel place in DeWitt. Great for a quick breakfast before work

We ordered for our small department through grub hub so that we could have the food delivered. We all ordered different cream cheese and that wasn't what we got. No big deal. We didn't get the order we placed correctly not the end of the world so we called and she was very nice and credited us the order. When We called to have the credited order what I assumed was another person due to how different the responses and tone was, I was treated very rudely when I was trying to do nothing more than be respectful. Turns out it was the same person! I even offered to pay the difference if there was one, since we did want to have individual cream cheese. Despite how kind my responses were hers were consistently responses that reflected how inconvenient this call was from us. We still obviously are happy with the quality of the product, and basing this review on how kind the first interaction with her was. Everyone has a bad day....but our department is customer service and if any of us were talking like that to a customer we would be written up because as agitated as you might be with something else, or even with us, it's not appropriate to leave customers with the impression that they are an inconvenience.

I enjoyed a bagel with cream cheese this am from Dewitt Bagel company. When they were out of a specific bagel, we waited only 6 minutes for a fresh one to be baked and grabbed a few to take home. The bagels are more crisp on the outside than a typical bagel. There was also a small area to sit and they served Recess coffee. Unfortunately, the only kind they had this am was dark roast and decaffeinated. I would have enjoyed a light blend.
