    It's a nice place. Pretty good food but the menu was sort of limited and it was hot inside.

    My grandma and grandpa met at sams chicken roughly 20 years ago, my grandpa was a mailman and went to sams for his lunch every day. My grandma got introduced and they eventually got married. I’ve been coming to sams since I was a kid. I have NEVER been disappointed. Their chicken is so good, their fries don’t even need ketchup, and their steak sandwiches are the best in syracuse. Love sams and I will be coming here forever.

    Been going here for many years, miss Sam, but new owners are nice and kept the same menu. I recommend Sam's Chicken Land!

    I ordered and waited roughly 10-15 minutes before my food was ready. Even after 30 minutes, it was still good. I love their tenders and continue to go there almost daily. Their fries are the crinkle kind, with seasonings that don't require anything else. Their tenders are breaded just enough and fried to perfection. As for their chicken, my sister is a lover of it.

    Had fried haddock dinner and fried chicken dinner. Fish was wonderfully cooked - fresh and nicely firm. Fried chicken was terrific, nicely seasoned with very light, if any, breading. Fries were crisp and nicely seasoned. Desserts (cheese cake)was very good. Service was courteous and attentive. An A+ takeout experience. We will be back.
