Good food and fast

First, the staff here is down to earth and attentive. It's rare to find good employees and theirs are consistently fast and friendly, which is no doubt credit toward good management. Bravo!

But I am consistently overcharged for some reason at this specific location. Its never enough to complain about, but is likewise difficult to ignore. Subs that are on sale I get charged regular price for. Coupons are accepted, but the price is higher before the discount would be taken off, making using the coupon more expensive than if I hadnt at all. Strange.

When I ask for two different kinds of meats or cheese instead of what comes normally, I get charged for double. Its not extra. Just a different variety. Again, the money isnt the issue, just the inconsistency and arbitrariness of it. The price isnt the issue, as I am happy with the place and the product. Just strange and random when I see it on the receipt.

I tried informing corporate before leaving a review and just got a canned message. All I was hoping was for the manager to be informed of what was happening so no one else reacted. I would gladly do it in person but this location is ALWAYS busy and I don't want to be THAT customer that holds up other patrons to address what really is a subtle complaint.

Again, aside from this anomaly, this is one of the nicest and cleanest Subway locations my wife and I have ever visited.

The manager christina is very friendly nd respect full to all her employees i been there five months nd and the staff is great at what they do! My son just got a job in her store he absolutely likes her nd thinks shes awsome !!!!
