    I love the baristas at this Starbucks! I was having trouble ordering as I didn't realize what my "regular" was got taken off the menu. They (socially distanced, of course!) sat down with me and we figured out what I actually wanted. They even printed out a tag of how to best order my drink next time so there's no confusion. I'm very grateful, what a fantastic staff!

    I think the staff here were having a tough day, and it was rough for all of us. Drinks were 20-30 minutes delayed and there were so many people waiting, we were barely social distancing so we had to walk outside. I think they were all trying, and our drinks were correctly made when we received them. I'll try this spot again to see if I have a better experience but it was a rough one when I was there...

    They have a good product, but their service can be questionable and their ordering app is obnoxious. I generally get coffee from a local shop, but wanted to try out Starbucks, again, since my usual is still closed. Lines at Starbucks are generally unfortunate. So, I tried their app. You have to sign up to add a credit card to load a balance on some virtual card? You can't just pay for your drink and be on your way? You need to load a minimum of 10$, then it increases in increments of 5$. I just wanted to order a coffee. I can't say I've ever had to deal with this sort of payment model to preorder something. Unfortunately, it feels like a cheap way to get people to commit money to a virtual card and potentially forget it or not use the change stuck in the account. For that reason I decided not to order all together. ?

    The app shut down at 230 even though they closed at 4. There was no communication about what to do if you can't order online. It took quite some time for anyone to come out of the store (where we were in a socially distanced que in 80 degrees) and explain any sort of process to us. Once someone did come out it was great, they took my drink order let me go get my app from the car (only way to pay) and made a delicious iced coffee. They def have some reopening kinks to work out but the coffee is still good.
