110 Grill - Syracuse (Destiny USA)

First time dining here..

Our waiter, Randy, was excellent. Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He is the reason for the three stars. The atmosphere was nice. Loved having a view of the kitchen. Food took a bit to get to us, but because Randy informed us it was a scratch kitchen, we understood.

My wife ordered the gluten free chicken pesto. She said the chicken was delicious, but the pesto pasta left a lot to be desired. I ordered the pulled pork Mac and cheese. While it was very good, I still don’t know if it was supposed to be a hot dish. The pasta was cold, but the pork was warmish. I’m sure it would have been much better if it was hot.

Again, Randy was awesome and we may give it another shot. Definitely one of the better places to eat in the mall.

Ordered off both the regular and gluten free menus. Gluten free menu has pretty much the same choices only gluten free, stuff like fish and chips, which is very good.
The service was top-notch, very personable and attentive enough. The regular and gluten free menus offer a nice selection of seafood and other specialties, and we were very satisfied with the freshness and amount. It's pretty spacious in there, lots of customers without feeling cramped when we were there. I think they might just make it in a tough business, at the mall without gouging people.

Food was good. The drinks were also decent, but it took forever to get the drinks and food came out one at a time for a table of 7 people. The food also took a while, but it wasn't the servers fault. This would have been fine if it was busy , but there were maybe 5 tables and one person at the bar. It was a Tuesday. But, the food was delicious and the employees were very kind and apologetic. I would try again, not on the weekend

My family and I sat, and dined at the bar, our bartender Tom- was GREAT!! He was very accommodating, responsive and respectful. The gentleman who brought out our food was also bursting with positivity and really made us feel at home. Aside from excellent dining service- the food was EXCELLENT, with very satisfying portions. Thanks 110 Grill, we will be back!! Well done!
