McDonald's

Not the worst but terrible on weekends. They allow street racing to start or just park in their parking lot so it's super frustrating in general but ESPECIALLY frustrating on weekends as a normal customer or an uber eats driver. This is one of the 2 locations I avoid in or around Syracuse even though it's the closest location to me.

This McDonald's has always served good food and the service here only gets better and better every time I go. In fact sometime I go here and wonder if the manager is got good ideas to taech all other stores. The best part is that they never give you grid when you need to ask for a special request

I received excellent service today at the Erie Blvd location. Two young women, Ra and Shy, were very polite and professional. I have 2 young children and work a lot of overtime so I visit this location frequently. Ra and Shy made sure my kid's happy meal was completely put together with the milk in the box and it folded shut. There's nothing I hate more then when someone hands me 2 chocolate milks through the window awkwardly and almost dropping it. Keep up the great work Ladies!!!
