(August 24, 2019, 3:39 am)Bobby (server) and Jared (manager) were wonderful however the kitchen was very backed up food was very late. Meals came to the table cold or were incomplete. Not blaming my server at all even the manager Jared had to go back there and get our order fixed and correct they both did a very very wonderful job.

(August 19, 2019, 11:53 pm)My server was the best. Don't remember her name but her baby is 2 months old. TGI Fridays needs more staff members like her. We sat by the entrance and I'm not sure if she always waits on that section but I will request to sit in her section if I decide to eat there before returning to NYC.

(May 11, 2019, 1:13 am)Staff are always fun and friendly when I'm in there. Never had a complaint on the food from here either. Fastest way in is via the mall entrance at Cheesecake factory, elevator to 3rd floor lets you off at their doorway. Easy.
