The Wood

I'm somewhat of a regular here now. Every Thursday that I'm available, my friends and I will have dinner here and then participate in some rock n roll bingo trivia. The staff is always very friendly, the food is delicious, and the entertainment is superb.

We went for club sandwiches, but were told they were out of turkey. Had Nothing to substitute it with. So I ordered steak sandwich. It was just ok, maybe a bit overdone. The fries were delicious tho.

I hosted my daughter's baby shower at The Wood this past weekend. Heather was great to work with on the arrangements and was very responsive to my questions. The room was just the right size and with a few decorative touches of my own it looked quite nice. I was able to customize the brunch buffet to exactly what I thought my guests would enjoy. The food was fabulous! The baked chicken was very moist, quiches were tasty and the roasted potatoes were crispy and flavorful. The mimosa bar was fantastic with several juice and fruit varieties. Many of the guests commented on how nice everything was. If you need to host a small group with great food you should check out The Wood!
