The Cove Restaurant and Bar

We had a really great dinner at the Cove! We were unsure of this place because it is in a hotel, but it was an amazing place to eat a quick, but romantic dinner! The restaurant is new and decor is awesome, but the views are the best part. You look right onto the lake with mountains in the background. The food and drinks were very good and unique. The even had non alcoholic wines and mocktails. I would go back just for drinks at the bar. They had a vegan entree that was very good (not boring) but the stars were the calamari (best we've ever had!) and the fresh pasta. You should go here!

This restaurant is pricey but worth every penny. The staff was amazing. KariiAnne was wonderful. The food was the best I have had in a very long time! No salt and pepper needed!! Cosmopolitan was great!

Food was great, service was very friendly and accommodating and the views of the lake are amazing. I would come back here again for sure.

The food was delicious. I started with the carrot ginger soup, followed by the crispy brussel sprouts and my entree was the rib eye. I would highly recommend you share the rib eye; it’s 14 oz! I paired my entree with the Mama Chianti absolutely perfect match.

We had drinks, dinner and brunch at The Cove while staying at the Hilton. We were informed that the menu is seasonal. For dinner we had stuffed quail and ribeye steak entrees. At brunch, we chose a breakfast smash burger and flank steak and eggs with pickled onion. The food was cooked perfectly to order and the flavor profiles were unique.
