    Pro: they give away A LOT of free food to make up for mistakes made in their orders.

    Con: A LOT of mistakes made in orders.

    I've come here for years, and the one common thread has been them getting orders wrong.

    I'm starting to wonder if this location was built on an Indian burial ground.

    Just tonight it took three tries to get an order with two bean burritos right. One with added jalapenos. Asked them to mark the custom one. They didn't, so they made another two. Both with jalapenos. I showed them the jalapenos to prove I wasn't making it up. They made another two, this time correct. All I'd have wanted was one without.

    I get I might be expecting too much from fast food. But this place has completely switched out ALL staff at least three times in eight years, and they STILL get the orders wrong. Every. Time.

    Just perplexing.
