Hollerhorn Distilling

My father and I stopped in on a trip through the village for a couple drinks, largely on a whim and not knowing much about Hollerhorn. While the distillery is still new and does not yet have their own aged spirits available yet, I'm confident they're going to deliver an excellent product when the time comes.

The signature "14512" cocktail is fantastically refreshing, perfect for a warm sunny day, and my father (whose judgment in these matters I trust wholeheartedly) proclaimed their Old Fashioned one of the best he'd tasted in his whole life. We will absolutely be re-visiting.

Came in for a light late dinner and a couple of cocktails. Nice outside porch with a view. Very personable service. I had a pair of “bites”, the Olive Crush with grilled bread and Deviled Eggs. Couldn’t be better. Cocktail menu is unique and creative. Get a “Vote for Pedro”. You’ll be glad you did.

Great Food, probably the best in the region, and great drinks. The food is sophisticated and locally sourced and menue is updated seasonally. The owners have done an exceptional job in the space's design and decor. This is the best resource the area has to offer.

Side note, yes, the service is slightly different than other bars and restaurants, but there are dozens of signs and the nicest staff who would be happy to help if you just ask . Or... just go to where the big sign that says "Order Food Here" and place your order there.

We stopped in here after some light hiking for a drink. They have an excellent selection of local beer, wine and spirits and many other craft choices as well as the classics. We enjoyed some drinks and took advantage of the pool table and nice seating. The staff was friendly and knowledge.
