Pho Saigon

I’ve had Vietnamese food a few times in my life and this is pretty good. I ordered the spring rolls, beef tendon pho, and fried rice. Everything tasted great. Service is wonderful. They are very nice people! Menu is a little on the small side though. It’s great to have Vietnamese food in the area, instead of the usual Chinese take-out.

Well, I didn't know what to expect at first to tell you the truth, but it turned out to be pretty good pho, it wasn't as great as the stuff I had in special pho restaurants where I grew up in Australia, but it was pretty good for a Vietnamese restaurant in the middle of no where, the soup was good compared to a lot of regular places I tasted, they mixed in all the bean sprout and mint/herbs in for you instead of doing it yourself though, I ordered the large special pho which had everything in it, tendons, beef ball, cooked beef and raw beef that was cooking in the steaming soup as they brought it to me, I also ordered some egg rolls to go with it(tasted better with lettuce wrapped around it), this is definitely going to become a regular place for me now to get my pho fix, I'm so glad they opened, only down side is they are currently cash only because they can't get the electronic services yet. P.S try the bubble tea too. Had a great time
