Mythos House

A wonderful local Greek restaurant.  Clean and a very welcoming staff.  The bread was fresh, and herb covered.  As I bit into my gyro the burst of flavors made me really savor each bite.  The garden-fresh Greek salad that accompanied the sandwich was satisfying for the tastebuds. A nice place for a date.

As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by the hostess and seated. She was extremely pleasant and friendly, and thanked us for coming. Our server, John, came over, introduced himself, asked if we had any questions and let us know there was warm bread being prepared for us. He returned in a couple minutes with the bread (grilled bread with olive oil and oregano) and took our order.

We ordered the Feta and Olives appetizer. I was delicious! You could tell everything was fresh. This was served with a side of warm pitas. For our entrees we order the gyro with fries and Chicken gyro with a Greek salad. Both were outstanding!! Good sized portions, I was barely able to finish mine and my wife could only eat half of hers.

Throughout our meal, John continued to check on us, confirming we were happy with our orders and if we needed anything. After we finished, he offered coffee and dessert. We passed because we were both stuffed :-)

Overall, great experience! The staff made you feel welcome and glad you came. The food was delicious, service was outstanding!! We will definitely be back and are looking forward to trying other items on the menu.

Delicious food. Our waitress was friendly, happy seen singing Christmas song and dancing . She made the place like home. Thank you for your kindness and I appreciate the friendly atmosphere.

This has a wonderful and enjoyable atmosphere. The staff was attentive & helpful. Our party of 8 had great appetizers and main dishes, all excellent. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good Greek restaurant.

We thought the service and food were very good. The octopus especially delicious. The lamb was slightly over cooked and well done on the outside but still tasted good. Very generous portions. We will be back.
