Cool new spot. Great food. Lots of healthy and delicious options. Nice atmosphere. Very rustic with a touch of modern.
Nice drive by surprise! Decided to stop in for a late breakfast. The avocado toast was superb, sitting on a base of whole grain toast and roasted red pepper hummus. Rosemary potatoes were splendid. Coffee flavor good. Looking forward to coming back for the lunch and dinner menus, which are much deeper than breakfast. They also have a bar with only craft beers on draft. Nice touch! The sign on the front of the building is difficult to read, so don’t pass it by.
The food is excellent and artfully presented. The servers are attentive and helpfull in choosing from the wide range of choices. The selections and variety of beers, wines, coffees and teas are noteworthy.
Cute atmosphere, very trendy. The server was knowledgeable and friendly. The beer selection was good. Here's where things turn. The food, although creatively described, fell flat. The fish taco appetizer contained such a small amount of fish that it might be stretching the term. The salmon dinner entree was vastly overcooked and dry. The vegetable paella was clumpy. The coffee drinks, while very good flavor-wise, were not nearly hot enough. Overall, not the worst dining experience, but for the considerable prices charged, not nearly good enough. With a little more care and expertise in the kitchen, this could be a great place.
