My favorite Hudson Valley restaurant and bar. Great food and drinks, great staff, friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Always a fun time.

We've driven by The Savory for over a year now since we moved up here. I decided tonight was the night we should give it a try. I'm sure glad we did! We were greeted at the door and quickly seated. There are two sides to the restaurant, bar side and formal seating. That was nice since we had a young child. There are about 6 tables filled on that side with room for more.

The specialty drinks looked amazing, but my husband and I were so tired we opted out (we'll return). We ordered the night special of filet of sole, a Cuban sandwich, and the children's Mac and Cheese. All was delicious and generous in portion size. We took home half of two meals... Say yum to leftovers!

Service was quick, friendly and well timed to our finishing our dinner salad.

For my daughter stealing fries from her Dad's sandwich became a must. They really are delicious. She tried my sole and then proceeded to ask me why I didn't make it as good as The Savory!

All in all, it was a good stop and we'll be returning soon!
