    Its hit or miss. Sometimes the food and service is good and fresh. Other times the food is stale and customer service isn't up to par. Pretty much what I'd expect from this chain though.

    Staff is always friendly & doing their best...but, ALWAYS check ur order b4 u go(always something); their app is wack-but, can get a good deal or free things, that being said-the app does a range thing when u get on the premises?!

    Staff were friendly to me and service dog, woman's bathroom not clean and there was a water issue on floor. Looked like back-up drainage. Ontario lake is close by and overflowing. Could be related.
