John is amazing! He's super friendly and always remembers orders of customers just by seeing them walk in!

I have come here for 4 years and have usually been satisfied. Although, these last few weeks have disappointed me. I went last week and my iced caramel coffee had an expired taste. I asked the worker to remake my coffee and she did and it was perfect. I went again today and the coffee tasted watered down. I also got extra caramel and it didn’t even taste like that. Again, I asked the worker to remake my coffee and after convincing him to, he did. Unfortunately, my coffee still tasted watered down and just awful. On top of this, my friend got a hazelnut iced coffee and I do not want to get started on the taste. Both of our drinks were poorly made. I will not return to this Dunkin’.

Busy place. Dont always get your order correct, so make sure its what you order before you leave, they always correct it.

Busy with college kids most of the time. The staff is often surly and terse. Probably because they deal with college kids all day. You're better off going elsewhere if you see 4+ cars outside.
