Arepalicious

I placed an order of "bistec encebollado", after 30 min, I picked it up the order, and when I open the container to serve it and eat it. It was the wrong order "carne asada", I called the restaurant to tell them that they have gave me the wrong order. The person who answer the phone only says to me: "IT IS OK, it is the SAME, it cost the same, it is beef anyway".
Poor customer service!!

If you are a fan of coffee it is very good and strong. Food is pretty good you wait a bit but worth it

Great Improvement-My first experience at Arepalicious was not a good one. The service was slow and their level of customer service was unacceptable. My wife and kids literally walked out after waiting for almost an hour without being served. I decided to go again and I saw improvement and since then things have become much much better. They are listening to their customers suggestion. I notice some change in staff which probably was good thing. I see lots of success with this restaurant. The beans are still a little watery but they're getting better.

Really great restaurant. The food is fresh and the portions are large and the staff is attentive and friendly. They have all the things that make a great meal for me and the most important one being plantains and they do not skimp on the portion. They also offer a wide variety of Colombian drinks and desserts. The atmosphere makes you feel as if you stopped by a friend's home for a good meal. Definitely will be going more often.
