Came here on a Thursday night with a group of 4 after a long drive from Eastern Queens, so I was not looking to be disappointed! We were instantly greeted by a lovely waitress (didn't get her name) but she was a doll. Drinks were on point, not watered down..and kept flowing. We ordered food as well-calamari, shrimp, chicken skewers, burgers, fries. Everything was delicious. We decided we would leave and check out a hookah spot not too far from here, but that was a fail..plus I enjoyed the atmosphere from this place and it seemed to be the only place that had a crowd on a Thursday night, so we ended up back here, back at our table. The waitress knew we wanted hookah and that's why we had left, so she had another staff member get us an electric hookah looking device. I'm used to the traditional hookah, but I enjoyed it..mint flavor was good! The fact that they were willing to do what they can to accommodate their customers, is a plus..especially in a bar. The place itself was very clean, didn't stink like other bars do. The DJ was pretty good too with what I would consider to be good music. The reason I can't give 5 stars..is because of the bouncer being rude and nasty to my husband about ID after we already downed several drinks...(and spent a couple hundred $$). Umm..your supposed to ask for ID in the beginning..not when we are leaving..haha smh. At the end of the day..cant let people who think they're big in life ruin our one night that we get to go out and enjoy ourselves. I'm not necessarily a fan of this area of Queens, specifically because of the people's big attitudes..but I would definitely return to this spot.
