Grilled Cheese Incident has vegan options that are delicious and rich. The gentleman that makes the food is a sweetheart and his food is awesome. Definitely come check out the vegan grilled cheese and enjoy a cool vibe at the Keep.
Best grilled cheese ever!!!!!!! This place has the best gourmet grilled cheeses in NYC- ingredients are high quality and you can taste the difference. Ive had every sandwich on the menu now and they are all soooooooo good- cant pick a fave. The service is great too! Owner is such a cool guy! Highly recommend!
Finally a grilled cheese spot that lives up to the high NYC food standards. The sourdough bread was out of this world, and my favorite is the Caramelized Onions, Sharp Cheddar, and Apple Butter. Also the olives and pickles were on point. Highly recommend going to the Keep and checking this out this pop up, definitely a great addition to the neighborhood

I came to The Keep one night for a friend’s surprise party, I was so hungry and the first thing I did when I got there was order a grilled cheese. It came out pretty quick and looked better than most bar food I’ve ordered. I don’t normally write reviews for places unless I’m shocked at how delicious they are and think everyone should know, and the grilled cheese incident is the best example. I got the “Amaru”, it’s the perfect balance of plantains and cheese and was SO GOOD, and my boyfriend got the “Burner Sanders” which was SO SO GOOD with apple butter and caramelized onions that I’m still thinking about. Okay that’s all, please enjoy.
