I loved this place. I loved the feel of the whole lounge overall. It’s not like most Steinway lounges. It’s not ratchet at all. What I tell people when I bring them there is it’s a really classy hookah lounge. And it really is. The hookah is amazing. I ordered and got my hookahs within 5 minutes. Which shocked me because most lounges take 15-20 mins sometimes. The staff is very friendly. The lounge itself is like a calm relaxing feel once you enter. I highly recommend this place for someone who wants to smoke in a classy atmosphere! VIP area is insane. I love this place!

I really loved this place. I have stopped going to steinway as a whole. But then I happened to be around the area and thought to bring old days memories alive. Found of Alpha lounge and just loved it. Decor is really good very friendly customer service and for love of God, first time a place made my hot wings the way I wanted it. Now, hookahs.....they where made really well. It lasted for relatively good amount if time and coals were always on time . I am definitely visiting the place again and recommend the spot

It is a nice place to hang out with friends and enjoy good music. they have a good assortment of flavors. In my experience is a great place would highly recommend it. Before 9 pm it is a relaxed environment, after 9 pm they have a DJ and loads of people, so it kind of turns into a club-ish environment (it seems like that's what everyone is into these days). They have great service and hookah. I would highly recommend this place when in Astoria.

The owner and the workers here have treated me and my friends very nicely. Their hookah and their wings are top notch. The place is huge and isn’t cramped up. I highly suggest this place.
