    It was a to go order (wait time for that is better than done in on a Saturday Morning). Portions were just as good as if I'd ordered in. However, my coffee wasn't even a full cup and I hadn't thought to check that until I got to my destination. Aside from that no complaints

    I tried the hot chocolate over there. I didn't like it at all. But the pancake was pretty good. It's also pretty busy any time of the day.

    Good service. Good food. Friendly staff. Mostly Clean bathroom. Parking okay. Quiet neighborhood, not as busy in this part of town.

    Always loved IHOP classic French toast and Belgium waffles.. but those vanilla spiced pancakes and the banana foster brioche calls for me most of the time now.
    When I do get lunch which isn't that often there chicken fingers and the salmon and sauteed spinach with mash potatoes entree is pretty tasty.
