The place to go get the best fried rice on liberty

Kaieteur food is good if you eat in. I like the fried shark. Fried rice and lowmein usual guyanese food is tasty. The service is good always friendly and helpful waitresses.

Food used to be good but it’s starting to have less and less taste now. You have to wash it down with hot sauce.
Prices are fair.
Orders take a little time to get processed. Customer service is not great but not terrible just mediocre. And the food is getting to mediocre too

If you've ever been to a Caribbean spot before then you know it can get loud. If you've never been....considered this your warning,It takes some getting used to. Being from the Caribbean, I'm pretty used to this. Kaieteur is usually nice and clean,unless it's rush hour and then it becomes chaos. The servers are nice,usually Guyenese girl and will literally sit and have a chat with customers they know (sometimes), because everybody knows everybody. The food is Guyanese version on Chinese food (of course,duh)and then there's curries like duck or chicken....etc. Depending on the chef, you can have an amazing meal....or a not so great one. I think this place has room for growth and they can bring in newer and keep most of there returning customers,if they have consistency. But being that it's one of the well known Guyanese spot in Queens,NY.....Guyanese and other Caribbean people will be loyal. But as an owner,the restaurant should always try to improve.
