(September 7, 2018, 4:12 pm)Delicious Columbia platters. The thick coat of seasoning on the roast chicken, the tenderness of the beef, the crunchiness of the pork. Top that off with some super soft rice and creamy beans.
On to the empanadas! The chicken and beef were good but the cheese one though. It was ridiculous! The time spent in the fryer really made the crust insanely crisp and the warm ooeygooey cheese topped with a little salsa was perfection.
