Pp Boy

My wife loves there sushi. She says it some of the best she's ever tasted. I enjoyed the chicken teriyaki and their fried rice Plus there staff was nice and respectful. And the establishment was very clean.

all the teriyaki come with white rice and salad,salad dressing.If you want fried rice,noodle or brown rice instead of the white rice,it will be 1.00 more .also,if you want chicken fried rice ,shrimp fried rice ,or beef fried rice instead of white rice ,it will cost 3.00 more.

PP Boy was very good when I first started frequenting there a couple years ago, but the quality and taste since then has gotten bad. I usually got the teriyaki chicken or shrimp. I felt that the chicken was undercooked. PP Boy is better than your greasy fast food teriyaki joints found at all malls around the country. PP Boy offers sushi and other Japanese dishes, which I have never tried because I like to play it safe. I recommend, but tell them you want the meat well done.

The sushi is a rare find on Jamaica Avenue but it's very small and not worth the money.
The teryaki combos are enough for 2 people and come with rice, salad, and/or chicken/beef/salmon/shrimp. The salmon and shrimp are less entree than beef and chicken.
We order regularly from this business even though we know it is not authentic Japanese. The beef is sometimes not as good depending on which person is behind the grill.
There's only 1 dressing and it's very sweet. My child is willing to eat lettuce because the dressing is so sweet. There's also a spicy mayo that is a must have with any of the meals. I'll always pay $1 for a small additional container of spicy mayo. My husband's favorite is the beef fried rice for and additional $3 to any rice in a combo ordered. It's good affordable food.

I am really into the chicken teriyaki that's fried so this is definitely my type of dish! I order from door dash and it took about 20 minutes for the food to come! Now I am eating it and satisfied! Just wondering what the name of the sauce is that's served with the chicken teriyaki! It's very tasty! ????
