Marani

Excellent. Delicious. Kosher. Priced right! We ordered the Marani sampler appetizers which arrived quickly, uniquely presented on a long rectangular plate, in 3 individual attractive, shaped constructions! All very different and very good, and enough for 3 people to share, along with a roasted squash and kale salad. Nice that you can order kebabs by the stick. A couple of us had the Lula (lamb/beef) kebab and a chicken kebab (one thighs, one breast meat). Succulent. Beautifully presented, decent sauce. Also enjoyed a side of spinach and buckwheat, cooked perfectly, tender and tasty, and the same for a side of spinach and bok choy. Lastly, one of us had the Lamb Fillet Entree and enjoyed it to the last bite. My only complaint is that they put a lot of pressure on us to finish, removing plates before all 3 of us were done, and asking multiple times if we wanted to wrap anything or if we were finished, while one of us was clearly enjoying taking his time. It was pretty busy though, for a Tues night! Good experience overall, high rating - would have been a 5 except for that issue. But we'll be back.

This Georgian (also kosher) restaurant is an unusual diamond in the sand. Fantastic ambience and delicious food and very friendly service at extremely reasonable prices. Roomy interior, bar, a menu of succulent food, fresh bread and pastry desserts made on demand, and some of the absolutely tastiest dishes. Food portions are generous. Anyone I have brought here has raved about it and for good reason and these or my foodie friends from Manhattan and the Hamptons. Might be my favorite place to dine in New York City.

Really good restaurant. Nice vibes, nice atmosphere also really friendly staff members. The food looks really delicious and I would definitely come back again.

It was our first time here. We came to celebrate our grandson's birthday and we were so happy we did. The food is exceptional with nice sized portions. The, waiters are friendly without being overbearing.

Everything is delicious. My favorite restaurant in a Queens. We have been coming here for 4 years and the food and service is always impeccable. It’s impressive for a restaurant to maintain this level of quality and service. Highlight recommend everything on the menu. Forget your diet and do not deprive yourself of the delicious Georgian in-house baked bread!!!
