For those who don’t know what to say, don’t pretend to be a foodie if you don’t know how to eat.
The Bak Kut Teh is very ethical. I know that many Chinese people criticize Malaysian cuisine everywhere, because Malaysian cuisine replaces part of Chinese cuisine.
Please some Chinese people not to be ignorant and corrupt your own Chinese culture
Finally ate the local taste of Bak Kut Teh, the soup is clear and tender and the meat is authentic enough 👍👍👍
A new Penang hawker has opened in New York Food Court at Roosevelt Ave, Flushing. The assam laksa is good but a tad salty- but they add the side of hae ko( fermented shrimp paste) which is the authentic Penang style. Bak kut teh broth is good and not too salty which is good. The shrimp okra takes me back to the old local seafood street restaurants where the curry used is to stir Fry mud crabs or tastes like one of those dishes from a Nasi Kandar place. Worth a trip is you’re a Malaysian and feeling homesick.
