(February 2, 2019, 8:10 pm)The food is good, but the staff needs to be trained in customer service and professionalism. Staff was joking around and not paying attention. They forgot to give me part of my order. Had to go back after getting home and realized it.

The service was prompt and efficient. The staff was also friendly.
I ordered a toasted raisin bagel with cream cheese and it was everything that it should've been. The bagel was toasted just right on the outside but soft and chewy on the inside.
The pastrami is also great in my opinion. Reminds me a bit of katzs but not as expensive. -
