    Anybody who knows me knows I’m a foodie and I’m very specific about my grub. Chef Roe Never Disappoints! Like NEVER! I can’t think of anything that he has made that I didn’t like. I recently visited him at The Fish Trap where he hooked ya girl up ok. CrabLegs, Mussels all that! It was so good it’s ridiculous!

    This weekend me and my lady went to go eat from chef roe I ordered the pineapple jerk shrimp over grits and my lady had scallops with grits with Roe special sauce. Chef roe catered to our cooking request and went over and beyond with service for us.let me tell you I don’t like grits but that all changed when I had chef roe creamy grits I never knew grits and taste so delicious with so much flavor I would definitely recommend chef roe to anyone looking for a chef who is creative and Distinctive with his cooking ability highly recommended 5stars all the way!!!!!!

    Chef Roe's food is delicious. Not only is his food good but he shows excellent customer service. He's very personable and wants every customer to walk away full and satisfied. I will be ordering from him again....

    I ate at El San Juan Restaurant for sexy seafood Saturday where Chef Roe was the chef. The food was good seasoned perfectly. Everything was fresh and prepared with excellence. I'm glad I had the opportunity to have my food prepared by him. I recommend Chef Roe.

    I went to a event with Chef Roe in Harlem called Sexy Saturdays with my best friend Constance at El San Juan restaurant. We had a great tasting sampler plate of seafood to start out with. Then we had his fried Calamari for the appetizer and then the fried shrimp which was seasoned so good but perfect to the taste. Then we had the bag of king crab legs with blue crabs with potatoes and corn which was good. I definitely will recommend checking out Chef Roe at any event he's at. Please check him out/book him!!!
