Health conscious food, on trend but overpriced.
Pros: Tasty take on Mediterranean & Healthy cuisine. Rare niche in this area. Very local vibe. Have eaten here multiple times over the past few years. Easy grab from beach. Decent to go service. I have never tasted anything bad.
Cons: Prices, are too high for the quantity of the food. Not the best smoothie, too watery for me. Sodium is too high in certain dishes.
I’m torn on the service, some people are super nice and others very unwelcoming.
Would Recommend: Desert-Apple Turnover.

Food is very tasty and service was friendly and speedy. I opted for take out, but there are some tables and customers were enjoying themselves.

Amazing food!!! Complained about their "Manhattan" prices until I tried the food. absolutely worth every penny. Pulled pork is amazingly seasoned and their feta salad got me addicted :). Dont forget the carrot cake. Heaven!!! I also had food catered to my office and Madison was so helpful and worked with my rather restricted budget. I thought we wouldnt have enough, but we had left overs for days. The restaurant is very cozy and welcoming as well

The staff is super friendly. I got to meet Claudette. It’s one of those small shops that are a true gem. Health conscious, friendly, affordable, not crowded. Their vegan cookies aren’t coated with sugar. Their bowls aren’t covered with sauces, oil nor salt. They just get it. No one wants to eat a heavy meal on the beach. This place has everything nutritious with good indulgences that are still nutritious.
