    Live on the block and love this spot. I'm from Yunnan and it's rare to find good rice noodle (米线/米粉) places here. This Guizhou place is as close as I can get to a taste of home. Pictured are the Red Sour Beef (红酸牛肉) and Pickled Pepper Beef (泡椒牛肉) Mifen. Have also had the lamb. Generous portions at reasonable prices of $8-9. I'm used to the spicy & sour flavor profile, but I've seen other guests kinda balk at it and also suggest that the broth was too salty.

    Food here is very delicious and the amount is very generous. I wish there is another chain store in Edison, New Jersey. 好难得在纽约吃到家乡的味道，羊肉和牛肉的份量都很足，酸白菜也很正宗，强烈推荐！什么时候能够把店开到Edison来就好了。
