Friendly staff,clean rooms. The beds were so comfortable. Free parking and great breakfast

The price is perfect for the place, it’s not as expensive as others, and it’s very clean and on a new building, the only issue I had, was controlling the room temperature. It was too cold

A good spot for a decent price. It is an hour and a half by public transport in to Manhattan, which is worth noting seeing as I saw one listing touting how close this place was to there. I'd stay here again if I was visiting Queens specifically but not for New York City as a whole.

There are definitely some bits that are rough around the edges like the thoroughly underwhelming complimentary breakfast buffet and some of the trim in the rooms that could do with a repair, but for the price and the location I'd say that's a fair trade off. The staff were also very helpful at getting us in on short notice after a hotel snafu elsewhere in the city which I appreciated.

The location was amazing as it was close to all local shopping (Target, Old Navy, Modells) and places to eat. The rooms were very nice however the shower would often flood due to my long showers. I would stay again, but maybe in a different room.

I thought the food was very good even though we went there and rate. And they still had a variety of stuff that was out there and fresh prayers to eat. And employees were very friendly and nice
