Great flavor, value and service. Got a really big portion of deliciously cooked chicken (which is often overcooked in many other places), bak choy and picked carrots served with rice, sesame seeds and some kind of flavoured mayo. Guy in the stall was friendly, service was quick and neat. Overall a hidden gem of a place, for only 8 dollars it's a big, great meal.
good taste, affordable, one of the better quality foods coming from a food truck
One of LICs hidden gems - the fragrance of their sweet potato fries hits you when you exit the Queensboro subway stops and if you follow your nose - you will come to a cutely designed food cart. They do amazing combos but my favourite is the chicken and rice served with a yummy array of sauces, veggies and the heavenly sweet potato fries. You can get a hearty meal for under 10 bucks.
I go there atleast once in two weeks and absolutely love that it’s halal. Hope to see more of their carts pop up in Manhattan.
I was alerted by a coworker about a new food cart on the corner of Jackson Ave & 44 Dr in LIC. I am generally not a fan of food carts but I am glad I tried it. The chicken teriyaki was really good, large portions and friendly service. I hope these guys stick around.
